Located in the heart of Carrollwood on the Hillel Academy campus, the Forman Event Center offers beautiful, flexible spaces designed to bring people together. From celebrations and performances to corporate gatherings, community events, and athletics, our venue can be transformed to fit your vision.
Flexible Studio Spaces
Our 1,200+ sq. ft. studio spaces offer the flexibility to host more intimate celebrations, meetings, classes, workshops, and activities. Studios feature 75" Smart TVs, Bluetooth technology, and specialized flooring ideal for dance and gymnastics.
A Welcoming Lobby
Bright and inviting, our lobby creates the perfect first impression for your guests and is ideal for cocktail receptions, event check-in, registration, and pre-event gatherings.

Everything You Need for a Seamless Event
Space & Seating
Your rental includes access to our versatile inventory of 60" and 72" round tables, 6' and 8' rectangular tables, high-top cocktail tables, and seating for up to 220 guests. Need more? Additional tables and chairs can easily be rented through an outside vendor.
Flexible Event Capacities
From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, our flexible spaces can be customized to fit your event. The main event space accommodates up to 500 guests presentation-style or approximately 320 guests seated at tables, depending on your layout. The facility has a maximum occupancy of 810 guests across all event spaces.
Dedicated Event Support
Every event includes the support of an On-Site Event Manager to oversee the venue and help your event run smoothly. Our team can also assist with venue questions, event logistics, and vendor coordination.
Final capacity varies based on event layout, staging, dance floors, catering, bars, and other event elements. Additional setup and security fees may apply. Outside vendors must be appropriately licensed and insured.
