Hillel Academy provides an exceptional educational experience for students from age 1 through 8th grade. Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are now open through our online application system, FACTS. (You'll need to create an account)

Please note that some grades may have limited space, so we encourage you to apply early to secure your child’s placement.

We invite you to visit our campus for a tour or event to experience the dynamic classrooms, curriculum, and vibrant learning community at Hillel Academy. We are also happy to schedule a phone call or Zoom meeting to share more about what Hillel offers and to learn more about your family.

There are two pathways for enrollment:

Sibling Application

New Family Application

Sibling Application: If your family currently attends Hillel and is applying for a sibling of a current student to join the school, follow the sibling application timeline and due dates.

New Family Application: If your family is new to Hillel Academy, we will provide your admission decision and any applicable enrollment paperwork in alignment with the timelines and due dates of many other Tampa Bay Area Independent Schools. We also offer rolling admission, allowing families who are new to the area or seeking to change schools during the academic year or summer to enroll, provided there is availability in the class.

Upon completion of the required steps, the Admission Committee will review each application. Admissions decisions and tuition assistance information will be emailed to families based on their enrollment track.
