Start the Admissions Process
We are so excited that you are considering Hillel Academy for your child’s educational journey. Our admissions process is designed to help us to get to know your family, answer your questions, and guide you through each step of applying.
To begin the admissions process, families should first email our admissions department and complete our inquiry form. Once our admissions team has connected with your family, you will be guided through the next steps, including completing the online application through FACTS. Families will be prompted to create a FACTS account before submitting an application.
New prospective families are asked to complete the online application and pay the $55 application fee (per student)

Admissions and Enrollment Requirements
Schedule a Student Visit
As part of the admission process, prospective students are required to complete a student shadow visit before enrollment can be finalized. This visit gives your child the opportunity to experience a day at Hillel Academy, meet future classmates, participate in classroom activities, and get a feel for our school community.
After your application has been submitted, our admissions team will work with your family to schedule a shadow visit based on your child’s grade level and availability.
Required Application Documents
Student Recommendation Form- Required for Grades K-8

To help us get to know each prospective student, families applying for kindergarten through 8th grade are required to submit a confidential Student Recommendation form from their child’s current teacher.

This form is completed through FACTS. On your Hillel Academy application checklist, you will find a link to send the recommendation request directly to your child’s teacher. Once completed, the teacher will submit the form directly to Hillel Academy.
School Records and Report Cards- Required for Grades 1-8

Families applying for Grades 1-8 are required to submit school records and report cards as part of the admissions process.

On your FACTS application checklist, you will find a link to request records from your child’s current school. Hillel Academy asks families to provide the student’s most recent report card, as well as the previous year’s report card.
